Vegetarian dishes (paneer, dal, chana and vegetable curries), biryanis, seafood dishes and other items not described as curries or kebabs are cooked in the same Halal-managed kitchen with no pork and no alcohol on the premises, but they are not listed in the certificate's written scope. We say so plainly rather than stretch the wording.

The Arndell Park kitchen operates under a Halal Management System verified by QFS Australia's audit: certified Australian meat suppliers, no pork on site, no alcohol in any sauce, marinade or reduction, and documented controls audited annually.
